Diana Clitan

Talent Acquisition Manager

What personal qualities do you think you bring to the table when it comes to attracting talent to our company?

I bring a people-first approach to recruiting. I’m punctual and respectful of candidates’ time, because I believe reliability builds trust from the very first interaction. I communicate transparently and honestly throughout the process - no surprises, no false promises. I value open dialogue and strive to create a safe, respectful space where candidates feel informed, heard, and confident in their decisions. For me, attracting talent starts with integrity and genuine connection.

Are there certain soft skills that you particularly value in applicants? If so, what are they?

I especially value flexibility, clear and open communication, integrity, and a genuine willingness to adapt and learn. Candidates who act with honesty, are curious, open to change, and eager to grow tend to integrate more easily and thrive in dynamic environments. For me, these soft skills are just as important as technical expertise, as they shape how people collaborate, evolve, and contribute within the company over time.
