Kubernetes Operations Engineer
We are seeking an experienced and independent Kubernetes Operations Engineer.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters in production or production-like environments. This role demands hands-on expertise in the operational lifecycle of Kubernetes, from initial setup and configuration to ongoing tuning, optimization, and advanced troubleshooting. The successful candidate will be pivotal in establishing and maintaining robust Kubernetes infrastructure on bare-metal servers, AWS EC2 instances, Azure VMs, and integrating them with managed services like EKS and AKS, bringing practical know-how to complex, hybrid cloud-native deployments.
Ideal Candidate Profile Summary:
The ideal candidate possesses 3-5+ years of demonstrable experience in IT operations, with at least 2-3 years specifically focused on independently deploying, managing, and optimizing Kubernetes clusters in a production or production-like setting. They have a proven track record of solving complex operational challenges, strong automation skills with Python/Go and IaC, and practical, hands-on experience with both AWS and Azure cloud platforms. This individual is a proactive problem-solver, a skilled communicator, and eager to leverage their existing expertise to drive operational excellence in a dynamic, multi-cloud Kubernetes
environment.
