What inspired you to join Skaylink as a People & Culture Manager?

What truly inspired me was the opportunity to connect with a wide variety of people – each with their own story, background, and motivation. Personal interaction is a key part of my work, because it’s the best way to understand whether someone is truly a good fit for Skaylink – and whether we, in turn, can offer the right environment for them.

What I especially appreciate is that we take a holistic approach to recruiting at Skaylink. It’s not just about finding the right talent – we also support our new colleagues beyond the hiring process and help them settle in and feel at home.


What advice would you give to candidates interested in a career with us?

My most important piece of advice: Be yourself and stay open in the conversation.

We want to get to know the real you. That’s the only way we can find out together if we’re a good match. A respectful and honest exchange at eye level is something I value deeply – it allows us to recognize your potential and explore how you can best bring it to life at Skaylink.

To me, that’s the foundation for a long-term and fulfilling working relationship.
