Cultural fit is extremely important, after all, we spend most of the day with our colleagues. If you're on the same or similar wavelength, working and working together is much more fun and productive.

As a company, we try to be as transparent as possible during job interviews so that candidates get a good insight into our culture and don't feel like they have to pretend.
